Each template contains up to seven graphic fields. Graphics may be PICT or PICT2. Unlike the database and text fields, the graphic field does not appear in the absence of a picture.
If you wish to replace a graphic with another, keep the existing graphic field selected and place the new graphic either by pasting from the clipboard or by using Place Graphic, under theTemplates menu.
Pointing to the current graphic field and clicking the mouse once activates the graphic field. Black squares will appear in the corners of the surrounding rectangle. Graphics may be resized using these squares as handles.
To maintain the original proportions of a graphic, hold down the Shift key while pulling on any of the four handles. Graphics may be repositioned by holding the mouse button down and dragging with the hand.
